The Artisan line are one of a kind works of arts to be used in the kitchen. These are  the most exclusive work I make.

The knives of the Performance line are all about high performance steel types, cutting geometry, and ease of use. No damascus steel, a bit simpeler in execution and therefore a bit lower in price.

For your ultimate, one-of-a-kind kitchen knife, KnippenbergKnives also offers Custom Orders. This is a collaborative process we embark on together — from the first brainstorm and design sketch to the final build and finished knife. Step by step, we create the ultimate knife tailored to you.
