Full tang Gyuto 210mm

This large Gyuto has a more western appeal than most of my knives. This modern appeal comes from the luxurious full tang handle with brass bolsters. Many little details take this handle to the next level, such as the mosaic pin and the two colour liners and spacers.  

 

The blade has been taken to a satin handfinish
