Honyaki Nakiri


Nakiri's  are traditionally used for chopping vegetables, and because of its very thin grind, this knife cuts like a dream. Both the handle and the blade stay close to the traditional Japanese style of nakiris. Eyecatching for this knife is the subtle hamon from a clay quenched differential heat treatment. The classic two tone handle has a octagonal shape with tapered sides.
